I knew someday I would own my own dental practice so when I met the dentist selling his practice it made me think. I did some research on sales and prices of dental practices. What I found is that the dentist that was selling his practice was coming in under the current prices of sales of dental practices. So I wanted to move quickly to get financing f or the dental practice. It was a great deal. The dentist that was selling his practice even offered to help with the dental practice financing. He said he was like me years ago and had no family left and wanted to help me. He knew what the current sales and prices of dental practices were but was happy with the price he was asking. So we moved on to the dental practice financing for this great business opportunity.
